Client Responsibilities
Sozomeraki offers its services under the condition that clients understand the nature of holistic therapy and its limitations. Clients must ensure that they provide accurate information regarding their health history and any conditions that may affect their treatment. We reserve the right to terminate sessions if any behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful. All sessions require prior booking and can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Payments must be completed in full prior to each session to ensure service continuity.

By engaging with Sozomeraki, clients agree to commit to their wellness journey actively. This includes attending sessions as scheduled, following advice provided by therapists, and participating fully in recommended practices. Clients can expect personalized treatment tailored to their needs, drawing from various holistic modalities such as aromatherapy and mindfulness. Our goal is to foster an environment of trust and understanding, allowing clients the space to express concerns and preferences throughout their healing process.
